The ghetto young people here refer to areas by the area code.
My roommate was heading out the door and I asked her where she was going and she said, "To the [insert area code here]"

Roundabout or traffic circle? I've even heard "traffic calming circle" be used.
I say roundabout.

Roundabout, although there are very few of them here.

It made the news when they made a new one here a few months ago LOL - they were worried people would freak out and not know how to go around it.

LOL That's funny. I have encountered a few drivers over the years who drive the wrong way in the roundabout. I think roundabouts are good though. People are scared of them, so they drive slower. There is less opportunity for accidents.

Nothing could be worse the roundabouts in Paris, holy crap they really dont believe in lanes or direction there..they just go nose to nose with each other and then honk until someone gives up and moves out of the way.
