I started and finished The Water Horse today, and I thought it was good, very cute. I need to rent the movie now... I think it's either out now or comes out Tuesday; I've seen commercials for it.

i have a book called "Esperanza Rising" it's really short but i think it's a nice story.
Has anybody read the "Sloppy Firsts" - Megan Mcafferty (or something like that) and the sequel "second Helpings".
they were pretty entertaining books.
There's alot more, but too many to remember

Ok for chic lit i finally read something borrowed and something blue and now i'm in a sports kick with 4 books. I am currently reading Patriot Reign, a book about how Bill Belichick came about coahing the New England Patrios and turned them into the team they are today, and I have three books on standby.
1. Quiet Strength a book written by Nathan Whitaker about the Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy. 2. Chalked Up: Inside Elite Gymnastics' Merciless Coahing, Overzealous Parents, Eating Disorders, and Elusive Olympic Dreams by Jeffinfer Sey a book about Jennifer's life as an elite gymnast which is raising a lot of issues because of it's negative look on gymnastics. 3. Nadia Comaneci: The Art of Mentoring, letters to a young gymnast

anyone else have problems when going out in public with the current book you are reading? I went out the othe rday with Patriot Reign wearing my colts t shirt and wooo did I get told off. I'm breaking sports rules on liking the two top rival teams. some guy totally went off on me on how I was a traitor to the Patriots wearing a colts tee. So I stuck out my tongue and pulled out my Tony Dungry book and said. "The Colts are my real team but I do admire how the Pats play also oh yeah and I only REALLY like the Patriots cuz Tom Bradys hot so there!" which in turn made the dumb guy stalk off pouting. So yeah just curious if people notice you when you are reading out in public and question you about stuff.
