It's called "The Ugly Duckling" I've came across this story so many times, but for some reason I always passed it over. I have no idea why now! It's amazing! I started reading it last night and now I'm on 40, there's 119 chapters, but I plan to finish it today. I do that often, pass up a story that I don't think will be interesting and start reading it and find out different. I got it off that LD thread some people started about the best Nick fics on the net. I have many new stories to look at now, thanks!  Has anyone done that? Pass up a story and them find it amazing? LOL |

I think I've read part of that one too, and the same thing happened... it was okay, but I didn't really get into it for one reason or another. So maybe I'll have to give it another try. Do you have the link handy?
I've done that with so many stories! "Cover Me With Dreams" I started and quit after a few chapters... then went back to it and gave it another try, and it's now one of my all-time favorites. I could re-read it over and over again.
"Between the Lines" I avoided for years because the idea of a baseball AU didn't appeal to me AT ALL, but I finally read it just last summer I think, and it's SO good! I actually started rereading it the other day.

LOL that's funny. CMWD is like my all-time favorite romance now, but I always plug it to my hardcore romance fan friends, and none of them end up getting into it LOL. The link doesn't work.  |

I love that site. Ugly Duckling is a good one, but Don't Call Me Nicky is my favorite of hers.

LOL. Every time I see the word Seattle, I think of, Amy. IN that story Seattle was mentioned and AJ was going, so my brian went into Amy overload.

Ugly Ducklings is one of my favorite Nick fics. I've re-read that fic I don't know how many times. If you haven't read it you should its really good. :-D
