Yay! Following the new rule, good girl, Amy. We've had this convo before, if I remember correctly, about keeping fanfics and Bsb love a secret, so it's a good one.

Thank you! Do I get my Amy-treat now? *perks ears up*
And yes. We had that convo. I was thinking about making THAT the thread... now I wish I had... darn.

Yeah, my family knows the extent of my BSB love, a few of my friends know I like them. One knows how much.....and my bf knows that I like them because I sing when it comes on the radio but he has NO CLUE about this stuff....let's just keep it that way!

Everyone in my immediate family knows that I read fanfic's (I think...). I dunno... I don't talk to my dad (even though we live in the same house) so I really don't know if he knows... anywho, and my great-grandma knows (what doesn't she know? LOL!)
As far as friends go... I really only have one friend outside of the forum and I told her, but I doubt she remembers... and then two of my friends that I used to have know.

Everyone i know pretty much knows about me liking BSB! Its kind of a hard thing for me to hide lol. As for the fan fiction thing nobody knows. I did try to tell my best friend once but she had no idea what the hell i was talking about and looked at me like i was crazy! I'd think id about die if anyone found out. I'd be so embarrassed. Last year when i was coming home from work with a few guys from my team, one of them wanted to mess with my phone so i let him. He decided to go through my favorites on my internet browser and he yelled "Backstreet Boys Fan Fiction!!!?" I grabbed my phone from him sooo fast and locked it, which didn't really help my situation. I was sooo embarrassed LMAO! Thank god he never brought it up again.

LOL! You know what I figured out? Is that, if someone asks you, "You like the Backstreet Boys?!" then it bugs the crap outta them when you say, "Yeah!" as if that's the most obvious thing in the world! LOL! I love doing that to people!!!

I always had my computer password protected when I was living in a dorm/apartment with other people, and I was so paranoid whenever one of my friends asked to use my computer for something. In addition to the massive list of Bsb/fanfic links in my Favorites, I used to have a bunch of sites bookmarked that I used to research for Broken... so you can imagine what the content of those were. For awhile I had them all in a folder named "Paper" so that if anyone stumbled onto them I could just say I had used them for a paper I had written for school, and then I just made the whole folder hidden so I can only get to it by typing the address to the folder in Windows Explorer. Someone would have to do some major hunting to find it now LOL.

I love doing that to people!!! I'm to the point where I can do that too. I don't care anymore what people think about the fact that I like Bsb. One of my closest friends likes country, another one likes oldies, another one likes classical, and I like Bsb and rock. To each their own.

I DO care, I just don't show it. And besides, I listen to pretty musch every genre, except for country and jazz and whatnot...

I do too; I even like a few country songs now, thanks to my former roommate.

The closest thing to country that I listen to would be Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR). But if you randomly asked me what I was listening to, chances are that 99.9999999999% of the time it'll be BSB! LOL! I'm addicted!
