I finished reading the story already but couldn't find time to comment on it but you know me, and I've said what I said through this story and there's only one more thing left to say: I bow in front of you, for being the amazing writer you are! All in all, By My Side was an incredible story and I can't even find words to decribe how I feel about it.

ok so i know this is a little out of no where but for some strange reason, this popped into my mind the other day and now I'm just curious. There were a few times in the series where Nick had dreams that involved Claire, and then he made a decision based on what occured in the dreams which made him feel like she litterally saved his life. Why didn't he even tell her about those dreams? I always thought he would but then he never did. this is what was on my mind at 3:30 in the morning lol! And since I probably caught you COMPLETELY off guard, take your time (or ignore it lol).

LMAO that's a good question. I've thought of that too. I think my real answer is that when I wrote Broken, I was in this dream interpretation phase where I thought that would be really cool... and then by the time I got to BMS, I thought that was kind of gay and wanted to pretend it had never happened. In the context of the story... I dunno, maybe he just wasn't sure how she would react to something so "out there." Maybe it was just too personal. Who knows. Or maybe I just never thought of it at the right time.

Actually, I really liked those dreams. Like the one of the murky water that... uh... something about choppy waves? I'm pretty sure that's the one that convinced him to "cut it out". Or am I thinking of something else? Anyway, that's an interesting concept.

I was talking to my mom, and my sock had a hole in the toe, so I took that shoe and sock off and started walking, and my mom said, "Take your other shoe off. That's bad for your spine." And so I said, "So, is it bad for your spine if you get your leg amputated?" And my mom thought and said, "Yes." And I said, "Oh... then remind me to never get my leg amputated." I had to mention the leg choppage, because it just happened to come to mind, haha.

I woke up bright and early before school just to read the final update of By My Side, lol. That is VERY rare for me I refused to have to wait until after school. Julie, you are THE best!

LOL wow!! That's dedication right there LOL. Thanks, Karina! ;D You guys are making me miss BMS LOL. Every time I watch a romantic movie or read a good book, I miss BMS. *sigh* Somehow 00Carter doesn't quite cover it when it comes to romance and angst and all that emotional stuff LOL.

00Carter is completely different, obviously, but... we think it's good? LOL I dunno what to say about it. It's funny (we think, anyway LOL), but it's not a total parody either, if that helps. Most of us are not James Bond fans at all; I've only seen two of the movies. So it's only really James Bond-esque in name. I'm saying that because I know, as a reader, I would be hesitant to give 00Carter a chance for those reasons. It's not really "my type" of story at all, normally, but I LOVE it. Go figure LOL.
