Looks like the author took down her site. She wrote Ugly Duckling as well as a number of other stories. The link to the site is:

I wasn't able to get it on webarchive either. I hope it's a glitch and I can reference it later. I liked her stories and style of writing.

And no warning so could save her stories either? That sucks! Those are pretty popular stories though; I'm sure someone has them saved. I don't, unfortunately.
