I am so pissed off. Back at the beginning of June, I saw an ad on Yahoo for a 30-day free trial of this acne treatment called IQDerma. I very rarely click on ads, but I clicked on this one, and I ordered the free trial, thinking I had nothing to lose. I read everything carefully as I was ordering to make sure it really was free, other than the few bucks I had to pay for shipping, and then I placed my order.
Here's the rest of the story, in the complaint I just sent to their company:
I ordered a supposed FREE trial of your Clear Remedy 3-Step Acne System on June 9. The order was estimated to arrive 7-10 days later. It did not arrive until today, June 24. When I opened up the package, I was greeted in big, bold letters with "Your 30-day free trial ends on 7/12/2008 and you wil be billed $89.95." How convenient of you to turn a "30-day free trial" into an 18-day trial that costs 90 bucks.
While going through the steps of ordering my FREE trial, never did I see anything about being automatically charged $90 after 30 days. That was not brought to my attention until AFTER I placed the order. Such deceit is fraudulous and unethical.
I did see that I can supposedly send my order back and not be charged, which I will definitely do. Unfortunately, even if I see results with the product, there's no way I will ever order from your company again. I don't deal with fraudulous websites.

Supposedly I can send everything back, even used, and not be charged, which I'm going to do. They better not freaking try to charge me $90 after that. There's no way they're going to get that money out of me anyway because I used a debit card I have for a bank account that is not my regular bank account, and it doesn't have $90 left on it LOL. I was thinking of closing that account anyway because I don't need it anymore, so if I close it before then, then they really can't get anything out of me.
Anyway, the warning is, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you see their ad, DON'T FALL FOR IT. And if you ever see something similar and are tempted by what seems like a great offer, Google it first. I googled this IQ Derma site, and there's all kinds of complaints about the same thing. Shoulda checked Google first. Doh.
