The tornados that just recenltly happened around here were horrible. My Aunt Cheryl's house was demolished. It picked it up off the foundation and split it in half. It was so bad, that whole area is just completely messed up, it's surreal. I mean never in my life have I experinced something like that, and I didn't think I ever would. The odd thing about it is that me, my husband and 2 kids were just there visiting her like hours before. I wanted to go see her because she hadn't got to meet my son yet because she's been in and out of the hospital a lot. We were going to stay up there that night, but didn't because we didn't pack any clothes. Thank God for that because My Aunt Cheryl, Ricky, Kayla and Mary Ann were all there, but they left and went to Cindy's. If we would have stayed, we'd all probably be dead. Cindy had a tree fall in her bathroom, Glenda's roof is gone, but nothing like my Aunt Cheryl's. I still can't belive it, honestly.

She had several outer bulidings on her property and they are all gone. A tralier she used to live in was behind her house and it rolled it, flipped it. You're walking on the celing.

You can't even drive up there it's so bad. There were so many tornados. I think it got Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, and some other places. The destruction is awful every where. There are over 30 people dead. I still can't believe it.

Whenever I hear about hurricanes/tornadoes down there, I always think of you. So glad to hear that you're okay. Sorry to hear about your aunt's home though...

Well it's understandable. You said that you can't even drive up there, so how is the insurance company supposed to get there right now?

Oh my gosh, Kristy, that is horrible!! I'm glad no one in your family was seriously hurt, but I'm so sorry your aunt's house was destroyed... I can't even imagine! I hope she's able to get back on her feet and rebuild.
